Our projects can be found across Central Otago and Queenstown Lakes, throughout Wanaka, Bannockburn, Queenstown, Arrowtown, Pisa Moorings, Cromwell and even over the Tasman in Sydney, Australia.

About us

Richard Hart, a proud Kiwi, learned his joinery trade in New Zealand. He then ventured to England and Australia, where he gained extensive experience working with prestigious joinery businesses and even opened his own in Australia. Despite his achievements overseas, Richard’s dream was always to return to New Zealand, bringing with him the best practices he learned abroad.

That dream became reality when HBH Joinery opened its doors in the rural town of Tarras in Central Otago. Richard has since built a team of expert craftsmen who each play an essential role in the company’s operations.
